Mike Anderson has been studying martial arts and Tai Chi since 1985. He is 26th generation Long Men Pai and 15th generation Wudang San Feng Pai. He is a certified Qigong, Tai Chi and Tai Chi Sword instructor.
He's teaching's focus on structural alignment, relaxation and Qi flow; all of which are foundational aspects of Tai Chi and Qigong. His goal is for his students to find freedom of movement with peaceful heart and quiet mind.

As a practicing electrical engineer he has one foot planted firmly in the material world, and as a Daoist Tai Chi instructor he has the other foot in the mystical world. This supports the idea of mindful yet physical practice enhancing Qi flow, while soft, relaxing Qi practice enhances and supports the physical body. That is, Qi supports the physical body and the physical body supports the circulation of Qi with the goal of harmonizing the physical body and the Qi body to find Tai Chi.
